NEWS 11.04.11

It's true. We, The Cops, are back at the racket of making music again. In fact, we're working on a new record and we're pretty damn excited about it. The new songs are sounding good and feel a bit different than what we've done in the past. Yet, they have that familiar charm of an old friend whom you miss dearly. We're taking our time with the new recording, setting up shop in a Seattle basement and putting sound to various available formats. Call it an adventure in sound and rock n' roll. If all goes as planned, the new record will see the light of day sometime in late spring of 2012 and we will once again save rock n' roll. God knows it needs it. In the meantime, we have one more show planned this winter before we go into studio lock down. Come catch us here if you can. Long live rock n' roll.
